  1. does anybody out there in bicycling world knows if shimano and sidi
sizings are the same? if i buy mail order a sidi pair of shoes of size
xx because i have shimano shoes of size xx will they fit?
i did download and printed the sidi pdf gizmo to determine my size, but
it conflicts with the size of shimano i have.
the various mail order outfits all give a generic sizing
    chart/conversion table.
    thank you.

Don't know about Sidi sizing, but Shimano's sizing sheet for shoes is a
bit off, IMHO. According to their chart, my Shimanos in 45 should be
too small. My American size is 11, and Eur. 45 is always a good
equivalent. Acc. to Shimano 45= 10 1/2. I ordered the 45s anyway, and
    they fit fine.

So be cautious about Shimano sizing.
