I'd make the comparison veloce vs 105 and flip a coin. I lean toward Veloce just because I like the campy sifter/brake lever layout better.

i like to think that 105 is somewhere in between centaur and veloce, it may or may not be the case.

Does it REALLY matter? I also think there is no abslute direct comparison,but ya gotta start somewhere.
