I've replaced the gripshift on a '92 Trek hybrid (Exage 200CX groupo) with ~'97 LX rapidfire. Didn't work. Pulled the front derailleur too far per click. Replaced the front derailleur with LX from same year as the LX shifters. Didn't solve the problem. Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks.
