    and 11am. Men's race from 11am to 3pm(?--I think it will run over 4 hours) all on San Francisco
    Channel 7 KGO. (Pacific times)

    OLNTV will have a one hour show at 8pm ET/PT on Thursday, September 25 with several repeats.
