Any of you [censored] lift with rhumatoid arthritis? I got it, BAD in my
left hand, a bit in my right, and my ankles. The only problem is my
grip is very weak, and while I can lift, I don't have the bar resting
in the crotch of my thumb/hand. It works ok, but feels strange. Anyone
else know anybody who lifts with hand issues? Will it help or hurt the
arthritis?
