Serfas road tyres ("Seca" model)

I have just been given the chance to try out these tyres. Does anyone here have any experience with them? They are claimed to have high mileage and puncture proof features teamed up with the dual compound structure. Serfas webpage does not quote the TPI rate. Nor do they quote the weight. The rolling resistance seemed to be inferior to my Conti UltraGator training tyres when I took them for the first ride this morning. So perhaps the TPI is lower than 170. Any feedback is appreciated.
