  1. D day for Hamilton's appeal in 6 days time. Any bookmakers taking odds on
    guilty or not guilty ?

  2. in the past, his hearings have never happened on time. Usually delayed
    for weeks, with no notice.

    And I do not even understand how this one is coming about, as the last
    event like this was the (unfavorable) decision on his appeal....I'm not
    sure how you even get another appeal.

    I think this one is to the CAS (Court of Arbitration in Sport
    www.tas-cas.org/ ). If he loses I don't think there is any further appeals
    possible.

    I think you're right and this is his last appeal. I'm also pretty sure
    that he loses it because they aren't going to rock the boat no matter
    how many questions there are about the test, and to be honest Tyler's
    lawyer has done a lousy job to this point. My personal opinion is that
    there's too much doubt to end his career on this, but I don't see Tyler
    winning this.
    TANSTAAFL, and there's no justice in this system.
