I have seen a few recommendations for the Selle Italia Flite Ti saddle. However, I don't see
anything with that name available, just the Selle Italia Flite, which happens to have Ti rails. Are
these two the same?

Yup, those are the ones. I'm a big fan of the Flite Ti Gel. I'm on my second one (first was stolen),
and the only problem I have is that the structure of the composite/plastic underneath is starting to
show through the top - IE, its got about 4 visible ribs right in the middle. I've put a bunch of
miles on it, on a hardtail mountainbike that got ridden pretty hard, and now its sitting on my new
fully. I don't notice them when i'm sitting, only when i'm looking at it. Way comfy. I've got a
normal old flite on my bits-and-pieces road bike, and I'm def more comfortable on the gel model.

My favorite is the Selle Italia 'flight genuine gel' with Ti rails at 255g for $74.99 in Colorado
Cyclist catalog. Its a great long distance saddle.
