Recently I've been reading discussions of selenium dosage levels on
the newsgroups, where they get into what the toxic dosage levels are.
It seems to me that there is one important factor that has been
overlooked. When you're consuming large doses of vitamin c and sulfur
containing supplements such as NAC,lipoic
acid, taurine, glutathione,MSM,etc. as so many of us are, the threshold
of toxicity should be much higher than normal. In fact, you probably
actually need more selenium to balance things out.
Anybody have any ideas on this?
