  1. I love hearing all the equipment tips and opinions on things
for serious triathletes. Allow me to offer some advice...

The main thing you need to do is select the right hydration
system. Then fill the system with your favorite beer. For
example: A camelbak can hold 120 oz. of your favorite beer.
If the pack is sloshed around a lot, the beer does get
foamy, but you stay pretty hydrated throughout.

In fact, instead of Endurox and all those gels and bars,
just drink a six after your long run or preferably before
    your bike or swim.

Please remember to hydrate well this summer...especially if
you are in a hot climate. Don't worry, I promise to save
you a cold one. Nothing beats a cold one at about mile 21
    of the run.
