After loosing a few foot pods when the Rungee cord snapped I have
finally developed a solution!
I went to a local department store and asked them if I could have some
of the nylon "strings" that they use to attach price tags to their
merchandise. These strings are thin and round and have a locking
mechanism that once it us locked closed you need to cut it off with a
pair of scissors.
I took one of the "strings" and threaded it behind the rungee cord
(through the back of the footpod). I then put the string through the
eyelet of the shoe and locked it closed.
If the rungee snaps again and the releases the foot pod the nylon
string will keep it attached to my shoe so I won't loose it!
I looked for a place to buy these "strings" but could not find one. The
only thing I found where nylon cable ties at a local electronics store.
They are flat and too thick to work. The strings work great because
they are thin and round.
Just go to you local department store and ask one of the clerks if you
can have a few.
Problem Solved!
