  1. Good afternoon,
I am starting atkins for the second time, having left the WOE and rebounded
into my heaviest weight...(140-and i am short)
i lost 7 pounds on induction and have begun adding things like nuts back into
my daily fare....for some reason doing atkins this time around has been a
breeze when before i had felt very deprived.(mentally)

for me a solid breakfast is a must.(at least 3 eggs
in butter..with additions like salsa, sour cream, cheese..etc)
dinner ends up being more of a snack unless we have kids or company at home.
my kids are in college and always in and out.

i guess seeing that 140 on the scale was enough of a shock!
my goal is the 115-118 i was comfortable at for several years.
I have not given myself any time frame for my goal...should I??
I feel like I can eat this way forever and not miss anything I used to binge on
    or crave.

If you are comfortable eating the way you do now, why should you set a time
frame? You will just keep eating the way you do. All you need to do is keep
"playing" with your diet, remembering to keep it low-carb, and find out what
works best for you. I tend to stall for quite awhile, and it doesn't bother
me. I love the way I eat. As long as you don't get the "cravings" for
snacks and stuff, you'll probably get where you want to be. Keep it up, and
when you have something to brag about, post it!

  3. thanks for the support especially when the friends and family(some of whom are
heavy too) just roll their eyes and say *again??*

my husband is supportive but wants me to slack off on the weekends and eat a
cinnabon like i used to! NO way
    thanks again
