  1. I tried a BB contest once but people just laughed at me. I really want to
win this time, so what should I do to improve on my last place finish? I'm
    currently 29 years old, 6'1", 112 lbs, with a 45 inch waist. Please don't
tell me to lift weights because no matter how hard I try, I just can't
manage to lift them. Please help me. I want to be a superstar bodybuilder!

Those numbers don't add up. At 6'1", you should be around 120 lbs with a
48" waist. I'd suggest buying a Bowflex for starters.

Yoga and Grapefruit juice for three months. The other competitors will
    just concede.
