Would anybody have tips on how to keep this fresh once opened. I never use
it all at once and when I use it - often weeks later, it's kinda stale -
even when I tape it up.

You are talking I assume about nori, the large sheets that are used to wrap
sushi rolls? Keeping it fresh is apparently impossible. Much better is
freshening it up just before use. We like to turn an electric stove element
on medium low and then, using tongs, drag each sheet of nori across the
element, once per side. Perhaps 3-4 seconds per "drag". This brief heating
does wonders.

Yes nori.
Re-freshing might work, I never thought of that. Thanks. And much, much
better than chucking in the garbage.

I put it into heavy freezer ziplocks, double bagged with dessicants...
It's best just to purchase smaller packages of it so you can use the
entire thing tho'.
Or, you can shred what you don't use for sushi and use that in soups.
It's quite good that way!
