Seat tube rust

I have a one inch adjustable reamer you could borrow, but your frame is likely larger than that. I
could see how far up it goes.

I used it to remove rust and a weld blob inside a cheap frame. Got the post moving so smoothly,
that with a spring, it wouldn't have been a bad suspension setup. But it wouldn't last. Aluminum
on steel...

There are tube cleaning brushes that work well with an electric drill. Get one with a long stem, and
measure the ID to get a brush to fit. MSC at mscdirect.com.

Oh, and go both directions when you do it, and go in and out in long strokes. And take out the bb
first, or do the whole thing upside down. 🙂 Not recommended.

It gets real dirty.

To seal the finished work, wrap with a little bundling wrap or Saran.
