How can you just start to learn to ride with your seat out in front of
you?? cause i hear you can jump higher by doing that.

Well, I'm just starting to get comfortable with riding SIF. I started
out by learning to ride standing up on the pedals. Once I got OK at
that I started to pull the seat out from between my legs but still
leaving the back of the seat in contact with my legs so it didn't swing
left and right as I pedalled. Then I finally got the seat all the way
out in front. I can ride probably 20 or 30 meters like that now.
