I'm interested in knowing how riders in the greater NY metropolitan area (and maybe the entire North-East corridor) search on-line for someone to repair their carbon frames. I've talked to a number of people about this, and there seems to be a wide range of success in using various key phrases. Some people find a local repair shop almost immediately, and others give up after weeks of searching and resort to asking friends and local bike shops. I'd love to hear from as many people as possible, and, if possible, if I get enough responses, I'll share the results on this forum so that all riders have an easier time finding local service providers.
