I've seen a lot of people build their own bike and they all seen to have screws coming loose on them. And recently I've bought a new bike and was built by the shop and those screws seems to be extremely tight.
So I was wondering how do you guys tighten the screws? Just with your normal tools or do you guys follow the manufacture specs and use a torque wrench to tighten the screws? 😕

I just tighten em. no problem with coming loose. Many also overtighten. Knowing how tite is an acquired skill. If you don't want to invest in a torque wrench, and that involves having to figure out what the proper spec is for everything, you can use teflon tape or NON PERMANENT loctite.
You can also use grease on the threads to get the screw tighter. Without some lubricant screws will feel tight but they are usually not tight enough. Tightening screws is an aquired skill like Boudreaux says. Using a torqure wrench can work too but after a few times of tightening with one you will not need it

Yeah, grease.I'ts such a standard procedure,I forget to mention it. Helps in getting things loose when you need to.
