I bought a Scicon hard bike case via eBay a few weeks ago. The keys that came with it were the wrong
ones and the seller did not have the right ones. I got it at a bargain price so decided that I could
make my own locking system using padlocks.
Prior to making new brackets I emailed the serial number to Scicon in Italy via their website and
enquired about getting new keys, I didn't expect to get a reply. I had no reply via email but a
padded envelope turned up from Italy this morning with 2 new keys.
I was so pleased at getting the keys I had to tell someone! I've also emailed Scicon thanking them
for their excellent customer service.
