If it's in absolutely mint condition, it might be worth something to a
collector, but if it shows the normal wear and tear of a kid riding it,

The funny think is that girls bikes generally are in the best condition and
worth the least in terms of collectibility. Many people will collect the
girls bikes in order to strip them and put the almost new parts onto a men's
bike from the same manufacturer and era.
