  1. I tried the Schmidt Carb Alert Lite Wheat Sandwich Rolls for the first
time this past weekend, and I thought they tasted great. I'd actually
choose to eat one of these rolls rather than one of the higher carb
rolls I used to eat, all of which had 25 g of carbs (or more) per
    roll.

My DH and one of my kids, neither of whom are LCing, both liked the
taste too. And, that particular kid usually won't voluntarily eat
bread that's "brown." He usually will only eat white or potato bread
    and rolls.

    Ingredients aren't too weird.

Here's some of the nutritional info:

    80 calories, 15 from fat
    Total fat: 2 g
    Sat fat: 0 g
    Trans fat: ) g
    Chol: 0 g
    Total carbs: 14 g
    Dietary fiber: 5 g
    Sugar: 1 g

  2. No wonder you're fat.
