  1. Hi again folks,

    I see quite a few have replied - I'm sorry I haven't got back yet. I'm
immensely drained today (been like this the whole day) and I can't
wait to get back home - I'm finding it extremely difficult to
concentrate and my leg/body ache's making it worse.

Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow and will reply in detail then. Man,
this phase of induction sucks - dry_mouth, disorientation,
dehydration, loose_motions, constipation, dizziness, body ache, leg
ache, head ache *all at once* and to TOP it all, a "high", which I
would've enjoyed nicely under other circumstances.

    GB out.

consider using a bit of No-Salt to get your potassium levels up. That
helped me with the body aches on induction.

  3. Have some rest, get well soon and come back quick!

  4. Sorry I missed your first post. Hang in there, it shouldn't last too much
longer. Soon you'll feel your energy level jump. Make sure you're drinking
plenty of water, too. That helped me when I did induction.
