FOLKS, WE HAVE 2 MONTHS TO SAVE THE CREEK SIDE. PLANS ARE IN PLACE TO
BEGIN "IMPROVEMENTS" ON THE CREEK SIDE SIMILAR TO THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN
MADE ON THE RIVER SIDE. (Think many trees torn down, wide, flat 10’
dirt roads and paved trails.) All of the single track is gone on the
River side and they are planning on the same thing to the Creek Side.
ACT NOW OR THIS MAGICAL PLACE IS GONE FOREVER.

Contact the following folks immediately: Grant Guess 770-822-8855
    ([email hidden]), Sharon Plunkett 770-822-8875
([email hidden]), and Phil Hoskins 770-822-8890
([email hidden]). Also contact the county
    commissioners: Lorraine Green 770-822-7001
    ([email hidden]), Bert Nasuti 770-822-7002
    ([email hidden]), Mike Beaudreau 770-822-7003
([email hidden]), and Kevin Kenerly 770-822-7004
    ([email hidden]).

A guy named Stephen Konigsberg (skonigs(at)emory.edu) is heading up the
efforts to negotiate with the county. He has indicated that the county
administrators have been willing to listen and possibly negotiate. But
we need to voice our opinions NOW. PLEASE ACT TO SAVE THESE SPECTACULAR
TRAILS WHICH HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR OVER 10 YEARS.
