  1. I'm interested in advice/feedback on a sausage stuffer particularly in the area of ease of use and
cleanup. I've been primarily looking at vertical models (Enterprise, Sausage Maker and F. [censored]) in
an mid-size. At this point I'm leaning toward the Enterprise due to what appears to be reasonable
prices available on eBay. I've progressed beyond what I'm willing to do with a KitchenAid

    Thanks in advance.

We're quite happy with our Dakotah. It's powered by house water pressure, and (especially when
    managed carelessly) works _fast_.

We got tired of the tendency of our Kitchenaid to lose traction on finely ground stuffing, leaving
    the worm spinning near uselessly.
