Just look at their 2007 lineup. I can't remember any team having so many excellent climbers in one season.
They could win Giro and Vuelta this season and that wouldn't be surprise for anyone, as a matter of fact is expected thing.
Too bad they don't have a man for the Tour. Maybe Gil or Marchante will develop as Tour winning potentials in next years, but for now they don't have a man who would challenge Vino, Valverde, Kloden, Leipheimer... It would be great climbing lead out train for their leader... Better than any that Armstrong ever had.

Saunier has an awesome team for Italy and Spain, but the France cannot be won by a pure climber anymore. You need someone who can do a good 60K ITT.
It's also interesting that Saunier is one of the poorest teams in the Pro Tour. They spent their money well.
I think it's cool that they have built a team to challenge in both the Giro and Vuelta. Those GTs are so similar that it would seem to be a no brainer, but all the big teams seem to build around the Tour, with one of the other GTs as an after thought, and the smaller teams seem to build around their home GT.
