While ordering from Barb, the Jammin'Ma'am recently, we 'net chatted some about a favorite stone fruit of mine, Satsuma plums. I grew up with a Satsuma tree in our yard, along with several other fruit trees and vines. There is nothing better than a Satsuma plum for my fruit wants, and after Froogling for a sell-resource, all I can find is varried fruit baskets wherein there may be only two-four of these.
May there be anyone here that can steer me to an online resource for ordering -just- the Satumas, or even someone willing to pick or shop to ship to me for additional expected payment for their trouble?

Be careful when you order; "Satsuma" is also the name of a type of mandarin orange or tangerine commonly grown on the Gulf Coast.

Thank you for the clarification on this. I did find online resource for what is termed "Satsuma Mandarins" and simply thought this may somehow be some sort of a cross-breed of the plum and a citrus, and I was puzzled. Without your tip, I may have ordered them, so I very much appreciate your tell.

Consider yourself lucky that oyu didn't. Satsuma tangerines are seedless and probably the most tasteless, insipid member of the citrus family.
