Do you mean the Katy Trail? Here's the info page for the

Arrow Rock does not have a bridge that crosses the Missouri
R. I would think Booneville would be your best bet since the
Katy Trail crosses the Missouri there. Glasgow would be
another option. I have not been across the Glasgow bridge in
a long time (20 years or so). Back then it was not the best
bridge to cross, even in a car, but like I said that was 20
some odd years ago. They may have a new bridge now. The
Booneville bridge, however, is a relatively new bridge and
is designed to accommodate Katy Trial riders.
