    Salad Croutons

a good French bread or sourdough olive oil salt pepper

To make really good croutons take a good French bread or sourdough, remove most of the crust if
desired; cube the bread and toss with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet
and bake at 350F for 10 - 15 min, watching closely until browned and crisp. You can also add dried
herbs, garlic sauteed in butter and then tossed with the bread, parmesan cheese. The choices are
    dictated only by your taste.

These are very easy and cost effective. Mimi Pass
