  1. Show this to your LBS. Maybe it'll follow the lead of Liberty Cycles in
    Asheville, NC.

    Liberty has established a "saddle library" stocked with six popular seats
    for men and three for women.

    Riders pay $5 to rent a saddle for a week. Then if they want to buy it, the
    $5 goes toward the purchase.

    Sounds like a great way for a shop to help its customers. And for riders to
    learn if a seat works for them before plunking down full price.

    (We speak with envy, having more than 50 different "unridable" saddles we've
    purchased over the years.)
