  1. I'm having a hard time getting my saddle in a comfortable position. The most
comfortable setup for me in the aero position seems to be tilted slightly
    forward. Any thoughts?

  2. Hi Carlton,

I also tilt my seat forward. It really helps when you're on a tri bike with
a steep seat tube angle, to open up your hips, in relation to the cranks. I
was actually being robbed of power by having my seat too parallel to the
ground. As soon as I tilted the nose of my seat down, I gained power on the
Computrainer. It's amazing how these little things like rear derailleur
misalignment can rob you of power.
