    Have you used a rust converter to treat the inner surface of a steel fram bicycle tubes that you could recommend? Ideally, aerosol type would be the best. Otherwise, whatever you think would work to get into the tubes, including the narrower seatstays.

    Try JP weigles(sp) frame saver. www.bikelugs.com sells it. 🙂
