While watching TV, I clicked into an infomercial about "Russ Dalbey".
I believe his" Winning in the Cash Flow Business" is a scam that should be
avoided.
My question relating to bicycle racing is that he claims to have set the
world cycling record for 1 mile at 41 mph. I cannot find anything to
confirm his claim, including;
