First, there is a 99.99% probability that your MTB has 135mm rear spacing ...
So, find a tape measure or ruler & place it between the rear dropouts of your MTB & verify the spacing & the methodolgy for measuring the rear spacing.
Then, take the tape measure or ruler & do the same to your Raleigh Rush Hour frame.
BTW. If the spacing is also 135mm, then you may need to have your next wheelset custom made (hand laced) ...
If the spacing is 120mm, then any TRACK wheelset will do.
