Hi all, I just got back from a massage therapy 'happy ending' session,
and she was warming me that if I was running too high, I would be
burning muscle instead of twinkies. I've certainly never heard of this,
and maybe it is not a concern for me since my PB is 16 mpm. I'm 74 y/o,
and 5'8", 355 lbs, really stupid, and have lost about 20 lbs since I've
started running this last summer. My sexuality is 50-60. So whut you
    say? Me so horny Joe.

Great, really helpful. Thanks for being a compassionate mensch! I'm
certainly glad that smug egos don't take over on this group. The
    humility is overhwhelming, thanks!
