Brands/models end up being a individuals choice. To help make your choice Go to a running shoe
store. Personal assistance from a knowledgable clerk in a running shoe store is the best approach.
Check the FAQ for more advice and info on shoes.
Each person is different in what they like and how they run, both make a difference in what shoes
that would be best for you. Find a real running store (not a shoe store or sporting goods store that
sells shoes) and have them help you.

Anything EXCEPT Nikes. Check the faqs and posts to see my opinion is born out by others experiences
too. Adidas, Asics, NB, Suckonme, any number of name brands except Nike.
