Running/cycling and jacket/pants

MEC (Mountain equipment co-op) (www.mec.ca) makes a great cycling jacket, the MEC SuperMicroft
Cycling Jacket. Wonderfully water-proof. Has the little 'back-flap'to cover your back for cycling
but is great for running as well. And can be easily packed up into itself so that you can carry it
around your waist if you get too hot.
