I finished my run about 20 minutes before this storm started.
It was overcast like 6 of 7 days that week. No real advance
indication that this would have been a bad storm; not in
weather forecast either. Only way to be sure would be
to run when there was no clouds, usually early morning.

You really are an idiot++ Rick! It says they were slow moving storms
that crossed the state. That means they were both predictable, and
that there was advance notice. Apparently he was too stupid to look on
www.weatherbug.com, or check the weather first. Any dumbass that runs
in a storm, deserves to be a well-done piece of chicken.
