rules question

  1. what is the highest level that an indp(ie no team) can rider. second part-for races only for teams
    how many riders must there be.(could 2 riders be a team)?

    i assumed that in the mid level national races indp can ride. and something like 4 rides per team
    for big nationals, and 6 for int'l and 9 for grande tours.

    can anyone help?

    The team sizes vary. Some are specified in the rules, others are either traditional or left to the
    discretion of the organizer of the particular race in question.

    Some rules are a little strange, particularly the one for races with less than 100 riders
    subscribed.
