Ruined a BBT-5

The shimano version of this tool is only for cassettes, not also bottom
brackets, so the middle only has a small hole, and they advise using a
skewer to hold the tool on. I would guess you could improvise with a metal
disc with a hole in it for the skewer to clamp the tool to the lockring.
