  1. Couldn't think of a better weekend to go somewhere and ride solo (go team
    player GPL!)..

Saturday - 86kms Horsham to Jeparit - flat and windy. Avg 34.33... Slight
head/side wind so it was 39/something all the way..

Sunday - Jeparit to Horsham same deal, reverse route.. and a head wind
again! 31.79 this time Most warm days back home there is a nice
northerly blowing - which would have meant 60kms of 53 chainring at
    45-50km/h.. but no such luck..

Wasn't planning on riding back the same way - the planned route was
Horsham - Halls Gap over the Gramps.. but given it was a sunny day I opted
to stay away from Ma and Pa car driver and stuck to the flat.. and by flat
I mean a total ascent of 140m over 172kms.. I climb more than this on my
    daily commute, one way!...

    cheers,
    GPL
