The Carefree Complex fire is in the Tonto foothills. It's quite a bit North
of where we rode. I really haven't been following the news other than
hearing background blurps while the tube is on.

Oddly it was overcast most of the morning and stayed right around 82 for the
entire ride. As for 90F that's nothing unless the humidity gets up to where
it is where you are. I find it rather refreshing to ride when it's 110F out
because I'm usually the only one dumb enough to be out. But then the
humidity was around 3% yesterday so off with the AC and on with the EVAP.
Got damn cool in the house last night, around 69F. It's warming up.
Supposed to be near 112 by Wednesday. Yes, it is a dry heat.

Plan to hit the lake again on Thursday if all goes as planned. Also
planning a night ride Tuesday with a group that rides every Tuesday evening.
Usually I'm too tired to go but I'm not working too hard tomorrow. <(;-}
