Not my first ride, but my first RR. A few pictures from my local
trail. It's a network of trails in a local nature preserve and some
surrounding land. One of the best routes is now blocked by an
electric fence, but there's still enough trail to put together a route
of up to 10 miles (if you're willing to do a couple on the road).
There are hikers and horses in the park, and motorcycles on the
private land, but I've never had any problems. Traffic on the trails
is very light, probably because there are better ones about an hour
from here.
