Only time slot I had was from 2-3pm yesterday. The temps
from NOAA:
17 02:53PM 101
17 01:53PM 97

The plan for me in this heat is just to ride up until I
either throw up or get the cold sweats...it was the later.
Ow.

Yesterday was the most miserable day of the year, you freak. 107f and
80% humidity. I could hardly stand to walk from my back door to jump
in the pool, let alone ride in the middle of the day.
Mamma got me pulling weeds out in the sun about the time you were
abusing yourself, which was a real treat.
btw, my daughter was coming back from camp at ISU in Pocatello Friday
when one of the campers on the bus started convulsing and siezed up in
profound, nearly fatal dehydration. Typically for Idaho, they were in
the middle of nowhere, of course. An ambulance intersected them and
saved her with an I.V., since she was unconcious and couldn't swallow.
Now my kids don't roll their eyes (quite so much) when I tell them to
drink more, carry a water bottle and drink more.
My little solo epic that a.m. burned 90 ozs, and I drank about 40 more
after I came to rest at Little Richards coffee shop.
