No. It is in fact, very low on that list. Down there with many
people's opinion of reckless cross posting :)

Maybe not the apogee, but there's a local butcher I know who makes the
best sausages you've ever tasted using pork from local farms. We don't
do biscuits over here (UK), but add in some King Edward potatoes
mashed with butter or cream, some fresh vegetables and gravy from meat
stock and you've got a very simple, great tasting meal.

One would hope not LOL!

However when I was an inpatient earlier this year, it was one of the
dishes I needed to ask the nurses to identify. It was a UFO-shaped large
disc in the centre of my plate and sticky as all get out. Didn't
resemble my version at all.

Because of my vision problems post-surgery couldn't read the tiny print
on the 'menu' cards to select my meals (normal diet) and didn't want to
bother the nurses each time. So it was pot luck. Finally one of the
dieticians came upstairs and actually read the card to me LOL. Not that
the resulting food was any better of course LOL but it was a nice
gesture all the same.

Bacon and egg biscuit. Simple, yet divine. The biscuit
and egg are optional, but they do provide another two of
the four major food colors. Some like to add cheese,
which is not a sin, but the cheesy American cheese at a
biscuit outlet is not worthy. Sharp cheddar would be
another story.

biscuit, hold the bacon.

I once liked Bob Evans' sausage gravy and biscuits.

I am no longer quite so fond of Bob Evans' version.
