Anyone had any experience of Rotor Cranks? www.rotorcranksusa.com
They claim 16% power increase, 15% lactate lowering, 5% heart rate decrease.
Have we not been here before, or is this a genuine innovation?

They might help, but I wouldn't believe those numbers. If you have a really sloppy, only pushing down kind of stroke, you might approach those kinds of increases. If you're used to pedalling the whole circle and kicking the upper crank past the dead spot, you probably won't see any improvement. -

Although this thread is titled power cranks, it discusses many of the same issues and is a good read. I was thinking about trying Rotor cranks out as well when there was a pair of 180's on Ebay for cheap, but in the end I decided against it for some of the reasons listed on that thread. Good luck with your decision.
