  1. Hey Ron!

You seem to be an expert in this particular newsgroup, and I
wanted to address a couple of questions with you, hopefully
you can find some free time in your schedule to answer them.

To make a long story shirt, I've been taking 3-5 grams of
Pantothenic Acid for about a year and a couple of months.
During that time I noticed that I was shedding a lot of
hair. So I stopped. A year has gone by, and I am still
losing plenty of hair. A few people reported this side
effect from Pantothenic Acid. I am 18 years old and I began
shedding my hair in my late 16's. It doesn't look like I
have a pattern, rather I am shedding everywhere: sides,
crown, top, back. You name it.

Now I read that you suggested that Pantothenic Acid is known
to diminish Phosphorus levels in the body. Is there any
prove to that? Do I need to supplement with a Phosphorus
    supplement to restore the balance?

Also you mentioned that Pantothenic Acid will wobble with
the ratio of Calcium and Phosphorus, how can I restore
    that balance?

What proteins/amino acids should I supplement at this point?
    I am using L-Mehthionine and NAC (L-Cysteine).

    Thanks a lot!

  2. Why are you taking methionine?

Eat ricotta cheese for phosphorus + calcium.
