  1. Never used these guys, but I've read a some good reports about them from others who have. I still
strongly encourage dumping your RS, but if you must, here's another option for you.

    < snipped from bicycleretailer.comindex.jsp > MARCH 20, 2003 -- BOISE,
ID (BRAIN)--Sram is directing customers with RockShox products from model year 2000 and earlier to
Hippie-Tech Suspension for service and repair.

"Say a shop needs seals for a Mag-21 or springs for Judys. SRAM is now recommending those folks to
give us a call," said Jerry Vanderpool, Hippie-Tech Suspension's owner. "Over the years I've been
acquiring old RockShox service parts and most likely I have what shops need in stock."

Hippie-Tech is also a recommended service and warrantee center for Progressive Fifth Element shocks.

Quality Bicycle Components is another authorized service and repair center for RockShox products.

SRAM is providing full support for more recent RockShox products. And Progressive also services and
    warrantees its own shocks.

For more information contact Hippie-Tech at (208) 724-8949 or www.hippiesuspension.com.
