  1. I agree with that statement (below), but my point is that there are easy ways to protect yourself
    maximally (though diet, making your body less sensitive and less likely to react in a dangerous
    way), regardless of what your genetic makeup is, at least according to the science that has been
    done recently (especially regarding free radical damage in its various forms). However, the nonsense
    in the mainstream media, for example, the "saturated fat is bad" message, needs to be countered,
    because it is at odds with the newest evidence (they are talking about old flawed studies, that, for
    example, classified lard as "saturated fat," even though it is 60% or more unsaturated).
