  1. I know there are a few websites that take your measurements, and tell you a good frame size, as well as just going to the bike store to sit on frames, so i'm not gonna ask about that,

but my question is, would there be much of a difference between road frame sizing, and a track frame? I'm always in the city, just short stop and go riding, usually a few miles each both ways, so i don't need anything comfortable, would you suggest a frame that's a little bigger, so i'm in a more aggresive position, or smaller that it'd be easier to toss around in traffic?

I know for velodrome use the frame size is usually a little smaller than a road bike. It is more of a power thing than comfort.
