I just bought a pair of Record Pro-Fit pedals a couple weeks ago. They have performed flawlessly so far. The cleats are two piece units. It shares the front part of the Look cleat and a metal rear part similar to SPD. I believe they have 6 degrees of float which works well for me. The only other pedal I have used is Look 396. The Pro-Fit pedal is smaller than the Look. It was worth the $170.00 price tag.
